I don't think there is really any reason to wait any longer. There is a time limit on some of that stuff so do what you have to do.
He logged in 8 days after it was sold so I think he would have shipped it by then or posted some sort of communication...right? |

Yep, one would think so, and if I had a rifle tied up with someone that didn't communicate I wouldn't be waiting anymore. There are very few reasons for lack of communication for an item suck as this. Good point about the time limit. What is the time limit for paypal, and do you have to disclose the item when making a claim? |

I have never been through this so I am not sure of the time limit. PayPal may lock my account also, so be it. PayPal is a nice convientence but not $375 nice. I have my bank to dispute the charges to PP too. I did not know dealing with a paying member with established feedback would be such a PITA.

It's pretty unusual for a 10-year member with perfect feedback to simply .... disappear (I can't remember him ever causing problems in the EE). |

Good morning. I found five possible "Paul L" in MI in a couple of different different cities. I will give him the benefit of the doubt allowing another day hoping someone in the MI HTF knows him.
