I believe this one is mine. I'm so glad Slash decided to do a shiny one. I have the tactical black one, that works 100%. I now will have a shiny silver one for less than the other shiny one available. |

Price check. What price is the AR10 black and Silver version going for now? $80 paypal and ???(for silver)?
Finally read this thread and got me interested. BTW will these work with the standard full size AR10 tube also? also they are using the standard length spring with the GI CAR tube? Or the CAR spring? Thanks SS33 ![]() |

The black buffers are $85 shipped, and I have them on hand ready to ship. The Stainless Steel ones were a limited run and are sold out already.
I will make more on request, delivery time is about ten days. Anyone interested, please email me for further details. Just to clarify - Both versions weigh the same and function the same. The only difference is their external apperance. sharpshooter33 - These buffers are designed to be used with any AR15 carbine-length stock extension. (Inside depth = 7" +/- 1/8") They will not work with a rifle-length tube. You need to use an AR10 rifle-length spring. ArmaLite does not make a carbine-length spring for the AR10. I DO NOT recommend using an AR15 spring. I have a few AR10 springs in stock, if you need one, just add $10 to your order. FMJunkie - Just send PayPal to 308NATO@gmail.com, and follow up with an email through the ARFCOM system. I'll respond ASAP, and ship via USPS Priority Mail the following day. You will receive an email with the tracking info. |

Ok guys, I was in on the first batch of these buffers. I now have 3200 FLAWLESS rounds down range with this buffer system!! 1100 rounds of Port, and 2100 rounds of Aussie. I have a total of 4670 rounds down range since it was new!! You just gotta love an Armalite!!
My combination is as follows.... Armalite A4 Carbine with a VLTOR tube, LMT SOPMOD stock and a SLASH buffer and factory spring. This carbine makes even the most hardened bolt gunner SMILE and JUMP with JOY like a kid at Christmas!! Do yourself and your AR-10 a favor and buy a Slash buffer. You will fall in love all over again with you AR-10!! Thanks Slash, for all of your hard work. Be Safe, F15H ETA...I'm going out right now to put another 300 rounds down range and March 19th will be another 200 rounds down range at a Tactical Rifle match!! This AR-10 is NO SAFE QUEEN!! It gets used a lot and is VERY RELIABLE. |
