I wasnt looking to settle anything. It's pretty straightforward. You don't agree to buy something and then disappear. He said he was sending payment. After 2 weeks, I emailed to him asking if he had actually sent payment. I emailed him 3 more times... all with no response. After this period of time, I reposted the item and it's now sold.

The accused is always given the chance to give their side of the story and/or make things right.
If your not willing to post the comms, a link to the ad, and let the accused come here and give their side we are wasting our time here.
