No response since then. If the guy had a situation or just forgot, but made up for by completing the sale, I would have no problem. But the guy responded a week later, apologized, said he would complete the deal, but then disappeared again. So -1 for welching unless he reappears and follows through.

I already IM'ed him a link to this this thread right after I posted it.

Buyer has responded and followed through with the payment.

The funds have been sent ($25 if I remember correctly). It's unfortunate that you felt the need to leave negative feedback. I would appreciate you clearing that up. I don't live on the forum and don't get emails when an IM comes in. Again, I apologize for delaying, but that seems like a pretty harsh reaction, especially over a small transaction. My shipping info in the paypal payment is correct.

You don't have to live on the forum, but when you make a purchase it is expected that you follow through in a timely manner. A week delay in any communication is inconsiderate at best. I will be shipping your case today. But imagine if after you sent me the payment I neglected to ship your purchase or reply to your messages for over a week, I think you would be quite upset as well.
