As stated, I asked the potential buyer to pay that night and it wasn't.
On the page, I posted that it was first paid, first served. Another person was the first to pay me during the night. As soon as I noticed that another person paid for the gloves, I alerted the complaintee that they had been sold and to not send money. I apologized for the fact that the gloves had been sold during the night. |

If he stated he'll take them and asked for your payment info and you replied with the payment info the deal between the two of you was set. Unless there's other comms staying that you needed payment specifically from him that evening it looks like you welched.

When I edited I didn't edit any of the quoted emails (I can post sceencaps if needed), I edited in my explainatiin of why I didn't pay that night.

You have read the rules, right? EE Rules Especialy this part: Welching Sellers –– Be 100% sure that you want to sell the item and are satisfied with the selling price. Banger, I normally agree with most everything you post, but I must disagree this time. If all welchers were let off with just a -1 simply for admitting fault, they'd all do it. As has been said many times, all we have to go on here is each other's word. If those people can't keep their word, regardless of admitting fault or not, they shouldn't be allowed to sell here IMO. Just my $.02 |

After talking to NapeSticksToKids, here is what I'm going to do. 1. You will get a -1 in your feedback for a welch. That is something that you will have to deal with in the EE. 2. You will receive a 72hr timeout from the site. Any other -1 issues in the future will result in an account lock. |
