I don't thinks it's really a welch if the seller never acknowledged you and a deal was struck

If the seller did not reply and say "it's yours" or "it's a deal" or "please send payment by XXXXX" then it was never a deal even if you say "i'll take it."
Was there any communication from the seller to you? (post it here with personal info removed) EDIT: You might want to edit your last post in that thread. I know it stinks to miss a good deal and I have had the same thing happen to me...the seller can sell to whomever they want regardless of who says "i'll take it" first. |

Well i was going to do a face to face if the seller would have responded. So posting up an i'll take it is meaningless then?

It's up to him to validate the deal by saying it's yours. If he does not, then there is no deal. We have always said that it's up to the seller to sell to whom ever he wants to, as long as a deal was not struck. |
