I do not wish to deal with someone like this so I am disputing the funds. I would like a full refund to be satisfied or I will just use the channels available to me to get my money back. Got to love credit cards now a days!
Mods can I get a email with the OP's IP address... I want to contact the local leo's in his county when I go to my department tomorrow. |

email sent, I would like to see the receipt you have from when you mailed the package off to me per the last email I sent you just a few minutes ago. What shipping method did you use? USPS, UPS, Fed ex? I don't understand why you are saying you didn't see this I sent you an email everyday requesting an update or information and you logged on here twice and ducked each email I sent to both of your accounts.

Have exchanged a few emails with the seller, he has a receipt via USPS that shows a flat rate package was mailed my way, but no confirmation, insurance, or tracking number. It should have arrived here by now and it hasn't so hopefully the package gets returned to the seller and we can go from here.... I will let the Mods know when we have settled this transaction!

No package has made it my way or back to the seller. I am out 200 dollars and having to file a dispute with my Credit card company. How is it my fault that something I rightfully paid for and own doesn't make it?

He should have purchased insurance, and if he didn't he's on the hook for your refund. I'd make sure I disputed the charge now, since there is a time window on such things, regardless of what the seller does. Hopefully, he'll step up and make it right. |

seller emailed me and claims he has no del con, no tracking number and no insurance. I have informed him he is responsible for making it right with the OP but I would not hold my breath on this one. If it can be disputed and get your money back I would do it asap
