Serious question.
Is a semi G36C worth the coin? I mean, a Tommy Built gun would run someone $5500-6500, maybe higher.
Kinda tough to swallow, even for a guy who has an HK sear and an M16...

idk. It all depends on your wants. I bought this 3 years ago and only occasionally shoot it. It's a chopstix kid full conversion.
It was one of those guns I wanted to add to my collection at the time. I've thought of selling it, but the uniqueness has helped me hang on to it.
Plus, the action is silky smooth, and the trigger feels and acts like a two stage. Crisp break. Gun is easy to take-down and clean. I can do all maintenance by myself if need-be as I have a factory barrel nut wrench with the cut out for the short barrel, and the mandrel to lock into the trunion much like how the Geissele reaction rod works with an AR.
I have not experienced any symptoms of accuracy degrading due to the trunion getting too hot and warping the plastic or whatever material the receiver is made out of. The gun shoots exactly like it did the day I got it.
Are they really selling for that much now? Kind of got me thinking...
