There is another (well, two that I know of)

The Manticore Nightbrake, which looks great, but I haven't tried it.

The old Fabian Bros DTA  Milbrake. I had one of these. I don't recall and issues other than it was secured with a set screw into the splines.

The Manticore attaches like an HK FH.
