If you arent planning on actually using the brace on your arm, I would look into the Thordsen cheek rest.. I have a couple of arm braces and one cheek rest on my AR pistols, and I prefer the rest by far.. YMMV, might be worth checking out though..

You do know that SB Tactical (the guys who invented the Sig Brace) have a MP5 brace, right?
They are relaunching their website soon. But it was out at SHOT show this year. I have one on my desk.
