Do not buy POF MP5s guys. I purchased one from Atlantic Firearms back in July. Damn trunnion wasn't in straight and the barrel is cocked way off to the left. Can't zero it. I called Atlantic several times and emailed them and they never answered or got back to me. I won't be buying from them again.

Kalam , We researched your order etc and this is what we found out you ordered 7/7 , Yes you did email us on 11/17 that you had to push the site to the left to zero the gun , THAT was the one and only email and no voice mails to our office , Yes you are correct we somehow missed that email but it was not intentional , our office receives 500 -600 emails a day and we do out best to get back to everybody quickly but it looks like your email was not sent there is a un sent draft response to you letting you know we did not have any guns at that time . We show no other email contact or voice mail messages from you on this & would still be glad to speak with you about your pistol. Our customer service track record for taking care of issues like this is A+ and there are no other reports of POF pistols with customer concerns that are not addressed .

Capt Shiess , we hope to see the Reverse Stretch POF pistols in approx 2 -3 weeks they are completed@ POF and just waiting to be loaded on a plane bound for the US .

Does POF have any K-guns in the works? I have an MKE fullsize, and would love to add a K to the mix. Don't want a reverse stretch.

I asked a week ago and was ignored, I asked again on the 14th and was ignored. We are all aware of what a QC list is. I think we can see what is going on, the question has been asked four times in one thread without gaining an answer. So you are aware I also called 4 times and left a couple of voice messages with requests for return phone calls or reply by email. Nonetheless, thanks for replying I will get in contact with you to discuss the issue. I thought after this long I would never hear back so I have already bought replacement parts from HKparts.net and contacted a couple of builders to assist in bringing the firearm up to spec. To Stickman: I have emailed as requested. Not sure exactly what you want to know but feel free to ask me anything. I will answer any questions you have. |
