THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
OK, things have dictated I sell one beautiful rifle. It's been shot little and only had 2 owners.
It is an original Mars Cetme from the 60's. I love the rollmark saying Chicago on it! I'm selling everything shown.
I know some of you are much more knowledgable then me on these things, so what is a current value on a package like this?
Thanks!

This is truely a cunumdrum. Someone like me who would genuinely like to own it are going to want a price from you. I could tell you about the one I missed for $1500 because I was not familiar with the Mars Cetme at the time and you can look at gunbroker sales and come up with people that got BIG money for one in lesser condition. As the seller you set your price. When you come up with one I'll get in line!

it is a pure collector piece now. IMHO it should fetch near the same as an HK91 in comparable shape. it has less of a following than HK stuff but is more rare, so should balance out. don't take lowball offers....someone will pay a fair price and then some for it. That is if you don't need to dump it fast.

ETA: did they use a modified HK trigger pack in them? I ask becasue the safety is the "correct" way, instead of how the FA CETME/ Century Semi-auto conversions were done.

I sold my new unfired one quite a few years ago for $3500.00. And that was with only 1 mag.

First off, that is a beautiful rifle you have, and i wish I could buy it.
But, if you decide to sell the Metal Forearm with the Bipod seperately, Please let me know.

I picked up one this Spring that is in unfired condition, Cost me $3200.otd

at the very least I think your rifle worth $3000.

There is one on GB now for $3700. but he won't get that.

Any chance you woud sell one set of your scope mounts (rings)?

I would be interested in the sealed rings (if factory)––- it may be advantageous to sell the accessories separately!!!

I don't know what your circumstances are, but I wouldn't sell that CETME if there were any way I could avoid it. I've never seen a Mars in person, so I'm only familiar with the 3.5k+ gunbroker prices. Absolutely do not let it go for less than 3k.

You must have some very nice rifles if that's the one you're putting on the chopping block!

Not that I have better things, just some things I don't shoot much and could use the money more...
And, in all honesty, someone is probably really looking for one I fell into...
(it is in the EE)...
