THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
I have a Vector MP5/10mm that I'm thinking about putting up on the auction block. It's a neat gun, but I never get around to firing it.

I don't see many if any 10mm on GB for a price fix.

What would you expect the selling price would be? WAG.

I swapped out the Vector ejector, extractor, their springs, and locking piece for HK ones, and it runs fine.

Thanks,

Bottom range if it runs is probably around $1500.

I'd check out HKPro.com and ask around there.

Just looked and there is a 10mm parts kit with a no go barrel (bad barrel) for $1200... so maybe your asking price should be closer to $1800.

Also, google turns up a 2010 sale on Calguns.net that went for $2000.

So, maybe $2000 should be your asking price?

Never got around to firing it but it runs fine? Really?

I would stick to one statement or the other on GB if you want to actually sell it.
Be wary of strong drink. It can make you shoot at tax collectors... and miss.

Note my use of the word "get" indicating I have fired it. Not the word "got", which would mean I did not fire it some now ended time frame.

Thrilled that your verbage is clear to you, but for idiots like me it might not be and if not that would be an impediment to selling it. Don't have a horse in this race in any case so advertise it as you please.

I bought a vector v89/40 off of this website with virtually the same disclosure. Not really the case, might be a bit twitchy as a result.

This is strange to me....

I bought my clone to put in the back of my safe.... except for the range trips for fun, er... I mean practice, with a thousand rounds of ammunition, as my SHTF weapon. I chose 9mm because it will be one of the most plentiful ammunitions besides 22lr and 5.56 if the world goes to hell. And, It also matches my side arm... a Glock 26, so I won't have to hump 2 types of rounds.

This makes the 9mm version much more appealing, and therefore more valuable than the 10mm. (To Me)

Unless you are just buying if for collector value, which goes to hell anyway in a SHTF situation.

/meh... I'd put the thing up for 1800 and see what happens. Good Luck.
