Cheers Im good I was just curious as all my newer ones I bought a year or two ago have a weird extra hole on it...was wondering wtf it was for lol, I swear every time I buy something its always "different " than the norm. Was purchased brand new directly from surefire too.  |

That's the same hole on the left side. You stick a punch in there and tap out the roll pin. The other side is the roll pin. The newer ones have it. I'm not sure why the older, er vintage ones don't have it. I believe this roll pin holds/keeps the light body insert secure. |

 I’ve got a few more irons in the fire for this one. MI rail and A3 grip on the way with surefire mini scout/malkoff head. I’m just waiting for B&T to get more of the collapsible stocks to come in stock and this will be complete! |

Here’s my AP5. You can really go down the rabbit whole with these things. What I thought was a really good price on an MP5 ended costing so much in the end. I’m really happy with it though, this is exactly how I envisioned it from the start.
- full-size AP5 on a Form 1 - HK 3 position A3F stock - Knights Armament MP5 RAS and VFG - HK parts US made cocking handle (922r) - Zenith trigger pack with trigger job (922r) - HK SEF “Navy” style trigger housing - Magpul ambi safety - MFI low profile claw mount rail - ADM low 30mm Aimpoint mount - Aimpoint CompM3 4 MOA I also bought a Rugged Obsidian 9 at the same time along with the Tri-Lug adapter. At some point far in the future I’ll have that for it as well. I’m hoping to snag an MKE A3 stock when they drop and if I do I’ll likely sell the A3F. Otherwise, I just need a Surefire M300 mini scout for it and I’ll call it done.
