Hey fellas,

I was going through my gun stuff today and pulled down a mint condition Austrian STG-58 kit along with a brand new Imbel receiver (both purchased in 1997)

My question is what would a parts kit like this go for now days?

Also, I have another mint Imbel Fal parts kit ( purchased in 1999 or so) that I would also be curious about the value.

By no means am I planning on selling either one but I was curious about the value.

If I manage to get these remaining two fals built, this would give me 4 of them:)

Thanks,

Sawacs

The receiver is 400. The STG is 600 to800 depending on condition and if it has matching numbers. Imbel kits just go for 350 to 450.

Thanks for the replies..

The last STG kit is basically a like new gun with no refinishing required: My first two STG's required no refinishing either..

The Imbel looks to be about 90-95% in the finish department..

Lastly, all numbers match on all the rifles..

Thanks again,

I would be interested in the Imbel Kit if you decide to sell it.

Do you have any need for a NOS Poly Tech AK barrel and carrier?

That damn nwobhm and his ilk (those that love that foreign made, silly-ass, lady lookin' rifle) are a huge reason pristine STG58 kits are fetching over a grand. Who in their right mind would pay that kind of money for one of those antiquated pieces of rear-locking shit?
BTW, I can put down my FAL addiction ANY time I want to....
