That is a metric FAL-clone built on an Entreprise type III upper receiver and a type III lower receiver, likely Imbel.
It appears to have a ban-era Zero Climb muzzle brake, a TAPCO scope mount, a Hougue-style rubber pistol grip, and Penguin handguards. For $900 I think you could find a better FAL, possibly a DSA Imbel or DSA STG58. Keep an eye on the FAL Files marketplace. I don't recognize the scope, maybe it adds some value. |

W/O scope, that is a $700 rifle at best.
