So I went from this:

The Vortex went to my LWRC M6 and my FAL has an Aimpoint M2 w/magnifier combo. This set up is temporary. I have two scopes coming in, a Leupold MR/T and a SWFA SS1-6. The FAL will get one, my SCAR17s gets the other. Even with this combo the FAL still shoots pretty good, but I haven't pushed her out beyond a 100yds. Some more pics:

Here ya go my dream DSA Para with TA11 ACOG, yes I know the Vickers doesn't mount like that I was in a hurry to get to the range and zero the ACOG. |

Some really great looking rifles in this thread, I will add one of mine as my STG58 build is not photographed.
My retirement present from my CO was this Imbel barreled Para receiver that I had DSA finish the build as you see it and I added the EoTech.

Here's mine. Ran irons for about 4 years or so whie decidiing wich optic to go with and how I wanted to mount it. 2moa t-1, VLTOR rail and absolutely zero issues. I did change out the rail covers to tan ones.

Leapers Full Size AO Mil-dot Scope, 1 x 4-16 x 40 scope. Leapers AccuShot Premium 1-Inch Weaver Style See-Thru High-Pro Rings, for scope not to hit handguards and they need about another 1/2" in height to give me the needed clearance to really be "see through" :(

My new Argentinian FAL w Coonan receiver, stanag factory mount and Zeiss-Hensoldt scope
With Hensoldt scope. The clarity is amazing through the scope.

Ghetto, how does the Bushnell handle the recoil of the .308? Any problems like too light out in the sun, heat, turning on or off?

The SureFire will be removable but I'm not sure which optic I want to leave on. The 3x Red Star or the 1x Trigicon Tri Power? This will be my 100 yard hog gun and 50 yard hog gun for night hunting
 I made the mount and used a quick detach mount with a modified Red Star mounted to it. The Trigicon pics were taken before the matte black was applied. The QD mount will hold an ACOG also but that's for a future purchase. Heck I've got a range finding scope I could put on there also......... ahhhhhh the possibilities are endless
