I've finally acquired an M1A, a SA Loaded model with green composite stock. I'd like to put some QD sling swivel flush mounts on the left side of the stock, the forearm and buttstock. Has anyone installed them on this stock/gun? Having hard time finding much info with this exact setup. Thanks

Thanks, yeah those were on the top of my list. Anyone have any thoughts as to whether the stock could crack? I'm not as worried about the butt of the stock, a little more meat there to grab into and space to epoxy. The forearm makes me a bit nervous tho. The M1A is not exactly a light gun. I was looking at the VLTOR front QD sling mount but it's $90 opposed to under $20 for the Noveske or similar flush mounts. I'll go the VLTOR direction if need be but just trying to save a little coin I guess.

Grovtec makes a swivel set that has the QD cups that you drill into the stock and tap.  Then you screw them in with some epoxy and they aren't going anywhere.  Make sure you use a Forstner bit to drill your hole.
