Two round (I think). For match shooting.

ETA - might be a 2/5 round, depending on which way you load it.

NRA/CMP/DCM tournaments all require M1 Garand shooters to load two rounds then eight for rapid fire events. This requires one clip/magazine change per relay the same as required for AR-15's/M1-A's.

You have a two round clip designed for those events.

You can load 5 rounds, reload, and load 5 rounds during matches, too. I think, based on the cuts, yours will hold 5 rounds, if loaded from the bottom. I have one that does both, but its the rounded style, like in the link. Holds 2 or 5.

Thanks guys.  I have a lot of 8s and a few normal 5's, but haven't seen this one before.
