Went to the range this morning. Set my target to at 50 yards. I had to employ the help of another range goer to sight in my scope since I did not have a spotting scope. It's on the list.

I couldn't even see where my shots were going until I got some help.

" />

The top five rounds were about the time I started getting help with a spotter. At that point I had already fired 15 rounds to the void trying to figure out where they were going.

" />

This should give you an idea. I hit my target stand.

The center 10 rounds were after zeroing the scope at a steel plate at 100 yards.

This is a second target I had setup below the the one on the top.

Being since I've never had a scope I'm not really sure which way the elevation and windage knobs have to get turned to move the reticule the direction I want. Bottom line, I need more practice.

With a scope, yes you need practice.

With irons, meh..I'd be happy.

Keep up the good work. Yes indeed, we all start somewhere.
