Its been two and a half months and I still have not received my 3. Why does the store get new shipments and other people ordering after me are getting theirs too?

Depends on what you ordered.

I'm guessing that you want/ordered HRA and other people are now getting Springfield.  If you are alright with the Springfield, send them an email and you will likely have the Garands in a week or two.

Call them and ask, or ask on their forum.  Usually the CMP is awesome to deal with.

What grade did you order?

I was in the same boat as you. I ordered 2 HRA Service Grades. The CMP announced an 1,800 HRA backlog in early August along with the price increase on
Service Grades and Field Grades, and the decision to revert to luck of the draw. Posts on the CMP forums indicated that e-mailing the CMP and asking for a
switch from HRAs to Springfields would expedite things. I had been waiting about 3 months. I sent the e-mail and got a response after a couple of days. I had
two nice Springfields in my hands less than 2 weeks later.

If you placed your order 2 1/2 months ago it was right before (~2 weeks) they switched to luck of the draw. How long ago did you e-mail them? Maybe you should
try again and specifically request Springfields?

Here's mine.  I ordered it on March 29th, 2013 and it was delivered on August 10th, 2013.  It's an HRA Service Grade with all HRA parts except for the bolt and trigger group.  The bolt and trigger group are both Springfield Armory.  I have a near-new (possibly NOS) HRA bolt that I'd like to install, but I just need to send it off to a gunsmith to have it headspaced.  I'm slowly collecting HRA trigger group parts for it as well, and so far I have a NOS trigger group housing.

This rifle looks like it was well taken care of.  The TE is 3 and the ME is 2, and the parkerizing on the receiver, barrel, op-rod, and trigger group is excellent.  There's one really big ding in the stock on the right side, but it gives it character.

HRA / LMR Service Grade Special - Purchased from North Store last Winter.

Sadly I have no photos of my As-Issued match Garand.  She began life as a 1.37 Mil barreled receiver w/ bolt from the North Store.  I bought a new stock at the same time and a drill rifle for parts.  After extensive stock fitting it shoots well... Really well.

1-43 with an 11-43 barrel. like to think she saw some heavy fighting in mid-'43 in the pacific, seems likely enough also a 9-64 LEAD rebuild.

They found more Springfields? That's good.  I ordered mine in Jan of '13, right as they announced "ZOMG?!?!  Almost out of SA!!!!"

I don't have many pics of my 1945 SA.  Here's one of it with a friend's SA M1A.

They've never been out of Springfields, but they would take them off of the website and switch to HRA  for awhile.  Now they are just luck of the draw.

One of my rifles has 442 written on it and another looks like it has similar numbering removed. Does anyone know what this might be? Is there a way of finding out where they might have gone?
Looks like the one with the #'s is January 1942, the next is January 1944 and the last is March of 1945.
Have not done more than a surface glance as I went out of town immediately after retrieving the guns.

The numbers are rack numbers, but good luck figuring out how who put them there.  I did get a stock that was likely on A Navy 308 Garand from Crane at one point, but it had some other characteristics that helped identify it.  The stock had obviously been moved to another rifle before getting to me.

All CMP directly by me or from another party.  My labels on the wall should explain them.
