In order not to derail another thread, here are pictures as requested. The standard SAI handguard that came with the rifle fits without issue.

I don't consider it any worse than the ultimak and T1 I had before. If anything it's a little easier for me to pick up the dot than the T1, no tube effect. The RMR is also dot is easier to pick up on the rifle as well. Having a cheek weld really helps.
