I bought one of the SD tactical flash hiders and one of the prongs bent almost immediately. I had the muzzle brake before and it was OK, but miserable to shoot without a suppressor. Also i sold it to a buddy since i didnt think i would need it anymore. So does any other manufacturer offers and option similar to this?

They are the only ones that used it.   Did you contact them about the FH, maybe they would just replace it?  I think a 02/07 like Rusty could install a griffin adapter and destroy the SDTA one for you.  That is what I would do.
