I have a .22 can I use for a 10/22 and want to get a .22 pellet riffle for the back yard.  Would a can on a high velocity .22 pellet rifle suppress the escaping gas as well as it does on real .22?  Also are there any pellet riffles that are either threaded correctly or have a thick enough barrel the machine to the correct threads and pitch fro a screw on can?

You could always have a custom adapter threaded or brazed on, regardless of existing barrel diameter.

Isn't a pellet rifle already pretty quiet?  Not owning one I've always assumed there would be no need of this.

I think I'd just buy a Gamo Whisper rather than risk screwing up a can using it for pellets

This seems like a bad idea.I'm not even sure why, just seems like a lot of risk, cost and effort for no return.

Just get a marauder, stupid quiet, no risk to can
