So I have a mini 30 and want a folding stock so its easier to keep in my truck. I like the old factory ones but they are damn expensive. I might be able to get ahold of this stock dirt cheap.




So my question is, if you were going to do a custom folder, what parts would you use with this? The pistol grip will probably be chopped off as well.
ANY ideas would be appreciated.

Also, I don't really care for the looks of the butler creek or other aftermarket offerings.

It would also be cool to cut off the grip and reshape a stub to accept AR grips.

Instead of reshaping a stub, cut off the grip, drill and a hole and epoxy a tapped plug and install this,
