Got mine many years ago from Buds. Good luck finding one for a decent price. Mine was under $700. I believe they did only come in stainless and synthetic but mine is a little different than it was when it came from the factory now thanks to Great West Gunsmithing.

A mini-14 in 6.8spc. is very interesting but unfortunately Ruger never made 20 round magazines (you think it would kill them...), but I guess we should feel lucky they made some for the Mini-30.
