Yep, it's wrapped up and going out. We have already supplied the OP with the number for tracking.

The lower has not been stolen.
The lower has not been lost.
The lower has not been destroyed.
In fact the entire order is here, not just the lower.

Facts are the same which have been explained in our industry forum. We had a rather large sale event and it over sold our predictions. We were in the process of starting up and were met with some growing pains. We have done everything in our power to grow rapidly but not at such a pace that we cannot handle things and set ourselves up for failure.

We have improved and are finishing up the last few orders from that period. Everything IS improving.

We've also offered a rather nice permanent lifetime discount to anyone met with delays or issues of any kind. To include even things out of our control like issues in shipping.

Olympic Cerakote has not in any way denied the issues. We remain apologetic and continue to serve our customers the way we would want to be treated.

Going forward we will continue to do our best for our customers and continue to improve on turn times, contact issues (our google phone isn't working out so we have a company setting us up land lines in the shop.) and anything else for our customers.

It's certainly not a good thing that we have some upset customers, and it saddens us that we will lose some over these issues. But we do want people to know we are strong and are recovering. We will bend over backwards to continue to keep customers happy and fulfill requests.

Btw, if we had been notified sooner of this post we would have happily replied earlier.
