So I'm in the process of doing my first SBR using a BCM BFH 11.5 with KMR-A10 upper that will eventually one day be suppressed. For now I will be running it unsuppressed and have a H buffer in a BCM lower.

Is this the correct buffer or should I be looking to change?  This is my first look into SBR and unsure of the proper buffer weights.

Cant go wrong with an H buffer. Just check the brass ejection when you fire it.
