Looking at the images on the web, it's a Magpul MBUS.

They've used MaTech before, but maybe only on the M4A1 SOCOM editions and such? Someone in the Colt industry forum would probably know. Personally, I'd favor MBUS over a MaTech but I prefer GG&G, ARMS, or Troy to either.

Mine cleared last year and came with a Magpul MBUS. I also have a 6945 pending and it also has an mbus on it.

Same, my pending 6945 had magpul, so I swapped for a matech for no real reason.

most if not all of the Colts that had A4 uppers regardless if they were SBR or not came with MATECH rear sights for a couple years. Maybe around the 2011-2013 timeframe. They all seem to come with Magpuls since then.

I have one of the originals as offered by Howard Block and David Spiwak from around '05 and a second "M4 Carbine" marked 6933 from '13. Both came with the carry handle. My 6943 from '13 came with the MaTech flip up rear.

Removable carry handle on mine from gunbroker recently. Have no idea what vintage it is though.
