MicroMOA makes them. I'd give a link but I don't know how to on this iPad.
You can get them predrilled to their suggestions, or to your specs or you can get them undrilled so you can drill to your own specs through trial and error, working up. The Govnah has a plate with two or three positions, I think the three position plate set up would be great for this application since a bullet tip allows changing settings.
An adjustable gas block like an SLR, which I use, allows adjustment, but, as I am sure you know, you need the long Allen wrench tool. Not much of an issue normally, but the easy ability to adjust in the field with a bullet tip seems to favor the Govnah.
I have to admit that my SLRs are usually left on a compromise setting which tamps gas down some but allows enough gas to function unsuppressed when the rifle is clean and lubed, and suppressed as well, without being horrendously overgassed. They get left on the compromise setting because of the number of times I forget or misplace the tool when I'm going shooting.
My SBR uppers get shot suppressed almost 100% of the time, but not quite. For example, I used to loan my 10.5" upper with a thermal scope to a bud for use on a pistol lower for predator hunting, minus its suppressor, when I couldn't make it. I recently went DT with the suppressor for that upper to reduce length and weight, so no more loaning it out.
