Does it say "SIG MPX" on the side? I believe that 50% of the examiners will send it back if it does not say "SIG MPX" on the form. The other 50% of the examiners will send it back if it does not say "MPX"... True story.
EDIT: Just dug up my approved Form one. I used "MPX" as the model.  Attached File |
