I am curious, if I go with the specs above, will there be any issues engaging the QD for my YHM can?

Will the collar of the QD touch the outer edges of the the FF rail causing issues to lock down?

Just want to see if anyone else has this set up, and if they have experienced any issues, as the other option is to go with a 9" FF rail from Midwest Industries.

You should be fine. This rifle used to be (as pictured) 10.5" barrel with YHM SS QD and 10" MI rail.
