I got her put together tonight. The only thing I'm waiting on is the mailman to deliver my stamp for my Spectre II and a mini red dot.

ETA: I got brave and shortened the grip

I know that 10/22's are wicked accurate in the traditional configuration. What does the short barrel do to that?

Very nice, I like the cut down BC stock.

I have a BC folder on one of my SBR'd 10/22s, but I didn't have to cut the forend length because I didn't go as short on that particular bbl.

I did shorten the grip by one "bump"/finger notch to make the overall package a little smaller, but I have small hands for such a big guy. That may not be something that you would want or that would work well for you.

I did it & cleaned it up with a Dremel, just took it slow and easy. Finished look is nice and the original rubber plug that came with it still fits/stays in the grip bottom.

If you look closely it is obvious that it has been shortened and smoothed, but IMO it doesn't look "Bubba'd."

On the ATF's website if it says "approved." Are you good to go?

Yes, it will be in a folder called "approved" and will be signed and have a stamp on it. It will be a pdf you can print. Just make sure there are no watermarks across the front of it. I've never had that issue but some have.

No, I'm just asking for if and when I see my Form 1 approved.
