Wouldn't be that difficult, I have an 8.5 inch upper with magpul furniture already. Looks like I would just have to find out what kinda rail that is, it already has a comp on it.

I forget who it was offhand, but someone did a receiver mocking the ghost gun and that moronic bureaucrat's comments.

Just out of curiousity could that have been a blkout build? I doubt he did any homework and his staff might have actually put .30cal on the facts on it??
