I want to submit a 5320.20 . Do I have to mail this form in ,or can I fax in? Thanks,tried to search atfs web site couldn't find what I needed. Form itself says it has to be an ink (non-facsimile) signature. However, I've had them approved after mailing, faxing and even emailing them in. |

I usually fax them in and have signed copies faxed back in a week or so. The last time I moved to another state I Emailed them to the Section Chief who Emailed me back signed copies the next day as I was moving a couple days after that. I got the signed copies in the mail the next week.

I faxed mine, got it back in 2 weeks. Approved by the same guy on the same day, that approved my Form 4.

The two I've submitted have been through the mail. Was just a couple weeks turnaround both times. As stated before it says in the instructions that it can't be fax, but some have been able to submit them that way. Seems like it still takes about the same amount of time though.
