I have a Trust for my firearms but noticed while looking at the form 1 PDF where it has the area where the Chief Law Enforcement officer must sign.  Since I am using a Trust, how is this handled?

Is there a different form for submitting with a NFA trust?

Trust = No CLEO. Just fill out the front of the form and mail.

I assume a copy of my Trust and Schedule A has to accompany it?

Yes...Some States require funding of the Trust in order for it to be valid. ATF needs to see, know,  that the Trust was properly executed as per ?? Your States requirements ? The schedule A is just a verification that it has fulfilled the States mandate to be funded. Along with the Notory Signatures, etc..you should look up the rules for your State.
