nfatracker doesnt really have many data points for a form 1 individual, but there is no reason to wait. especially since eforms is trending UP

I filed a Form 1 Individual on 4/18 and my check was cashed on 4/23. I'm hoping for 6 months.

Obviously uploading a pic should be easy, and scanning and uploading a signature should be acceptable. Not sure about scanning and uploading prints. I'd say it's more likely that nobody can file an F1 if 41P gets passed (requiring prints/pics/sigs for responsible parties of the entity) than it is that individuals can file forms. If you're waiting based on that info, I definitely say mail the paper form in ASAP. Every day you wait is a day lost. |

My last 2 individual Form 1's took about 6 months. Mailed 10-Sept, approved 09-Mar.

If you want to do a form one, I would not wait. Efile turnaround times are definately ticking upward. Check out NFAtracker website.
