Here is a group fired from my Aero 10.5" barrel. 10 shots, 25 yards, iron sights. I will keep buying these.

PSA my friend. Lately they have had their 10.5" upper without BCG for $199. Should have picked one up for that price.

MAS Defense were getting a lot of praise in the AR Pistol forum when I was building a pistol about 6 months ago (now an SBR), I would have gone with them at the time if I didn't increase my budget.
Look into Faxon barrels, they've been getting pretty good review, its over $150, but is comes with a gas block so thats like a $30 part you don't have to buy. Its out of stock but Aim usually gets them in frequently. http://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?item=XFXB105CGB&name=FAXON+FIREARMS+Light+10.5%22+5.56%2f.223+Caliber+4150+CMV+Steel+AR+Barrel&groupid=2144 16" barrel, but gives you an idea.

I just went with Faxon on my 10.5 build after reading a ton of great stuff here. They have a few different options for the 10.5.

OP, I have one of the Tactical Ambush 10.5" uppers and have no complaints. As far as accuracy goes, I am sure that it is more accurate than I am.

If I were buying just the barrel, I would go with Ballistic Advantage. I have PSA's chf 10.5 upper. It's on sale at the moment. Just bought the same upper in 12". Should be here Friday

I have a 7.5" 9mm barrel from tactical ambush. no complaints on it. I haven't put it on paper, but it hits clay pigeons at 100yds with an aimpoint every time.
