I was under that assumption haha. But doesn't matter now. Got my email approval this morning for the one I filed on 6-10-16. Approved 1-21-17. Now on to the wait for 7-4-16 stamps.

Good grief. I just mailed off a form one for an SBR on Thursday. I hate waiting for stuff!! My only other NFA item was a can on a Form 4 that only took 4 months but I submitted it in October of 2015 so it was before the 41f pile on. My only hope is that the HPA passes while I'm waiting and the cue gets cleared out.

June 9th specifically. They could own an SBR, but could not manufacture an SBR. That got fixed.

Good friend of mine had a 6/13 scorpion sbr e file approved today. Ive got two stamps in the process around the 7/1 area. Hopefully it will be back pretty soon.

Interesting note, one of the emails said that the status had been changed to Submitted In Progress? The email has the attached approved form/stamp with it? So I go to ATF website and check and there it is approved. .... weird

wait, I double checked the one and its not the approval form with stamp, it has submitted stamped across it?? WTF does this mean? Its been moved to approved on the website?

update: I called this morning and the 6/13 submission was approved and he didn't know why i got the form with a submitted stamp on it. He had me email a request to them for the approved form with stamp.

second update: I now have the corrected approved form with stamp.
