Actually the same for me.
2/11 -7/15 for f1 can
and 2/11(3/11 actual pending)-7/15 for SBR
So happy!

150 days for a eform approval is ridiculous.

That's going to seem fast compared to wait times that we're about to see...

I'm really hoping my 2/25 gets approved this week. Also there's another in there for 4/17 and I realllly hope because of the tremendous backlog now that they batch approve it. Prob highly unlikely but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Has anyone had a batch approval with like 30 days apart in filing from the first?

Example filed 2/25 and filed another at like 3/27 and had them both approved when the 2/25 came up?

Or has the batch approvals always been the same filing dates just more than one form 1/4?

I think batch approvals are a thing of the past. I have a 2-20 a 5-9 and a 6-9 doubt I will see them approved all at once. Im hoping to see mine this week as well. Kinda doubt it though.

Per the posts here and on a few Fb groups, they are approving/working on, roughly feb 5-12.  They seem to be running 155-160 days right now.

If I was one of the ATF guys doing the approvals I'd be approving on my damn phone with all the work they got now.

Come on it can't be that hard to skim a trust considering many people have used NFA lawyers and the like

Skimming Trusts is what opened up the "My Trust Wants to Manufacture a Machine Gun" can of worms. Plus, you have to account for any Trust variations in per state laws and cross reference that against any state laws that may pertain to form(s) being submitted. It is not as simple as Joe ATF sitting on his couch on Sunday afternoon, randomly hitting the "approve" button.

I understand where you are coming from but there's no way in hell ATF guys are looking thru each form entirely. Sure probably making sure it's the correct firearm etc. but that's the American way for you. To get your job done and when it's monoughtness(sp?) as it is.

I bet you anything that it's happening.

I filed form 1s for a scorpion evo & 300blk ar on 3-5, I'm hoping to have news on them in the next 45 days. Then I filed another 300blk in  mid June and 2 5.56 ARs on July 4th. There is no telling when I'll get the June and July stamps but I'm not to concerned because I'm not ready to build them yet anyway. The sooner the better for the first two though.

I'm really hoping my 2/23 gets approved this week since I saw 2/13s and 2/17s?

But it does seem like it slowed to shit

I'm hoping I get my atleast one SBR out 1 of 2 (2/17 & 4/13) approved before it goes to the super crawl status. Guess we will see

Contemplating on getting that maxim defense pdw stock but if the damn SBR spproval isn't coming then I might just wait until a find a used one or something. No sense in ordering if all I can do is stare at it and not put it on.

But my 2/18 Form 1 is still pending....  I don't think it has to do with dates as such, but more what kind of item the Form 1 is for (mine is a suppressor), and the volume of those types of items at any given time.

I have plenty to keep me busy without building a suppressor at the moment, but boy do I WANT that suppressor!

That site gets more retarded as it gets more popular. Why do people feel the need to post their submission dates when they don't yet have an approval? NFA Tracker should require that all posts are completed Forms with submission dates, and only from within the past 30 days. No one gives a shit about a submission that has no approval date, and no one gives a shit about approvals from 6 months ago.

You can sort it by clicking the stamp approved header at the top 2 times. That will sort them by approval and the second click reverses the order to the most recent first. Takes all the searching out of what you want to know.
