Spikes Honey Badger Lower
Efiled Jan 1 Story goes I had my Tax stamp on a Saker 762 come in yesterday. On my way out to pick it up I got an email from Atf so I opened excited that my form 1 was approved. To my dismay Disapproved for wrong model. So called Atf this morning and talked to my examiner he was really helpful and told me what to change. The website was down until six tonight. So he told me to ref file when it came up then email him because he was working late and he would approve it. Refilled and emailed him thirty mins later approved. Two stamps in one week. It was a good week. Disapproved 3/29 Approved 3/30 |

SBR efiled on 12/31/15 and approved 3/29/16.
Right at 3 months. |
|
|
Submitted eform 1 on 1/1/16.
Was disapproved on 3/29, because I listed my CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 as "Scorpion Evo 3 S1"... The examiner let me refile and give him the new permit number, I'll repost how long that takes. EDIT: Approved 4/4 |

I'm kinda in the same boat. I e-filed on 12/22. I check daily and there have been no changes.

I've been checking my account too. Just sitting there. Has created date of 12/11 and submitted date of 12/11. No finalized date. I've done 13 efiles without a problem. Maybe it's time to email Ted? |

Ok do I have a problem here?
It shows created 1/8/16 No submitted date???? But my CC was charged and received the email when I hit the submit button. |

Within the last week I remember somebody else coming to the same realization. Go back in there, Submit it, and enter your password. It should move from Draft to Submitted/In Process...unless you have the yellow warning and it has to go Pending Research first. |

Submitted 1/22/16 Denied 3/31/16 Approved 4/7/16 Once I sent the new forms it only took less than 45 minutes for the approval. I worked with Jesse Huff and he had me send him draft PDF's of the new forms so he could ensure me they were right. I made some dumb mistakes on the originals, so him helping me with the new ones kept me from doing it again. That and the weekend is what slowed me down a week. But once he said go I submitted this morning at 7:51 AM and approved at 8:29AM , gun #2 submitted 8:03 AM and approved 8:31 AM, |
