efiled form 1 on a trust Filed: 9/8/15 Disapproved: 1/11/16 (Reason for Disapproval: PLEASE RESUBMIT WITH MODEL NAME ENGRAVED ON LOWER RECEIVER (N4). REFUND IN PROCESS) I used the drop down selection on the eform, and selected "N4GEN2", when I should have selected just the "N4" one ... I guess it's time to refile & email Ted and cross my fingers. View Quote Received refund: 1/22/2016 Refilled eform form 1: 1/22/2016 (and emailed Ted Clutter ) Approved today!!! (1/28) |

I just received a disapproved form 1 for incorrect model number for an AK SBR.
Submitted- 9/27 Disapproved -1/26 Approved- What should I do here? Is Ted Clutter an ARFCOMER? If so, that would be awesome. |

E filed on 10/26/15. Approved today. How did you accomplish this? I am a 10-25-15 efile trust. It happens from time to time. A lot of it is luck of the draw with the examiner whos doing your form. He may have just got someone who is pretty fast at it. |

Filed 3 together back on 10/29.
One approved so far on 2/10/16. Two stayed in both the "draft" folder and the "submitted/In-process" folder even though I paid, submitted, and received confirmation emails that they were "Submitted/In-process". One of the two is now in my "disapproved" folder with no reason given, only "see attachment" that isn't there. I haven't received an email on it yet either. And finally, the third one I decided to delete out of the "drafts" folder after about a month and that also deleted it out of the submitted folder - shoulda googled that first. "Ask the Experts" assured me it was still in the system. So now I "asked the experts" again and will hopefully see why my one was disapproved and what fate my other "deleted" Form 1 will receive.... |

Call the 800 number, the ATF agents i talked to were both very helpful and friendly.
