had a laugh at my LGS yesterday. Kid behind the counter told me eforms were taking between 2-30 days. "all you have to do is call and tell them your reference number and you should get approval in 2 days. They are there to approve not to deny you..." yeah Ok buddy. All these folks in the internet are just a bunch of lairs.
Submitted 10/15, hopefully have it around the time my form 4 clears. Should have done two a year ago when they were legit taking 30-45 days. |

View Quote Ya you can get 2 day approval if they denied you because of an error in the form after waiting the proper time. I swear most gun shops don't know what they are talking about and its scary. |

My last 2 e-filed stamps were taking 3 months to 3 months 3 weeks to process lately.

Called and check on this today. It's in a "problem status". Apparently there's an issue with the listed manufacturer. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I sent my first form in today (8/6/15), via mail. Hopefully it will be speedy. Already wanting to do a PS90 SBR. I tracked my paperwork and it was delivered at 5 today. 4 months seems so far away. It'll be a good Christmas gift though. Check cashed today (8/11/15). Called and check on this today. It's in a "problem status". Apparently there's an issue with the listed manufacturer. I must be one lucky SOB. My guy texted me today and my stamp came in today. Not sure how, but it seems super fast compared to most. |

Form 1 SBR Trust, eform, submitted 6/26. 4 months and counting. My g-shop owner said an individual paper he sub'd was approved in 45 days. WTF?
It's too bad that my expected wait time went from an estimated 3 months when I submitted to close to 5 currently. And for all I know it will continue to increase by the time forms are approved from the first week of July.
On the bright side, it gives me plenty of time to save up and purchase the necessary parts to turn a G36 into a G36c |
4+ months and seems to be growing longer.....my 9/1 Form 1 (Trust) e-file submission doesn't feel like it's getting any closer to approval....
I'm waiting on two, a form 1 and 4 went pending 8/3. I will feel lucky if i get either by mid december
Paper filed Form 1: 4/16/15
Check cashed: 4/20/15 Pending status: 6/17/15 Approved: 10/7/15 Received stamp a few days later I made a mistake on my application, so 2 weeks were eaten up by that. Courtney was my Agent, she is pretty awesome to deal with. This was my first time dealing with any of this, so it was a learning experience. |
7/3 here...almost at the 4 month mark, hopefully any day now.
Mine was 131 days. They have gotten substantially slower over the last 3 weeks.
waiting on an 8/1, this sucks -- I SBR'd all my other guns last year with the <1 month times and got spoiled.
137 days since I submitted form 1 online.
130 days since they marked it in process. Still nothing but crickets! |
