man I'm never going to get my last two stamps..... judging by the fellow's above calculations I'm still 15+ days out. at this point I doubt i'll get it back within a year of submitting! sad, just sad!

Received approval email this evening, 6/14/2017. This is my second approval today.

I can't read the examiner's signature but it might be Jim Huff. The one I got this evening has a stamp at the top but still says DRAFT across the page.

ETA: Contacted ATF via phone. Guy said the "DRAFT" issue occurs commonly (though not always) when a form is approved on the day eForms is down. He said to use the "Ask the Experts" feature in eForms to request a clean copy.

ETA2: Less than 24 hours later, I got an apology from the ATF and a new PDF without the watermark.

Signed and dated on 7/21 but I still needed to get finger prints and that was Monday the 25th after everything was completed and I dropped it in the box after I got the prints.
Got back around a bit over a week ago to correct something, mailed it back the very next day(Sunday so it had to wait a day to move.)

Approved June 9, 2017.

I'm so giddy.

I filed a Form 1 on 7/11/2016 - control number 3338xx (paid with credit card). Received an email yesterday saying status had changed to "Submitted/In Progress". This is exactly the same as the email I received on 7/11/2016 when the form was originally submitted.

When I went online to view the form, it is now listed under the "Approved" category and shows a "Finalized Date" of 6/19/2017. When I view the form, it has not been approved and still has "SUBMITTED" stamped on it.

This is not encouraging after 343 days. Has this ever happened to you or anyone you know? Should I contact ATF through "Ask an Expert" to find out what is happening?

Good news! Sent email to "Ask an Expert" and within an hour received a notification that status had changed to "Approved". Pulled up the form online and it is good to go! Approval date shown as 6/20/2017. So, revised time is 344 days for 3338xx.
