Paper form 1 from 8/1 came back today with an error

...oops. Do mistakes get sent back earlier than the approvals usually?

Years back, after sending the corrected form back you would have stamp in hand in less the 2 weeks. I had one in 2009 8 day turnaround. I just filled out a new form 1 and sent the old and new back.

Hope it's a quick turnaround for you.

In 2008 or 09 I got a form1 approved in like 3 weeks.

We've had a few (form 4s) sent back for corrections lately, stamped forms have come back 2-3 weeks after being sent back to the atf.

Received today at 5:30 am
Good to go with no "draft" marks

After getting 4 suppressor stamps last week I am officially no longer waiting on anything. Feels damn good.

Not sure why I wanted it so fast, I just ordered the trigger yesterday and still need a barrel, stock, BCG, CH, and rail.

Glad it's my 8th SBR cause if it were my 1st, I'd be pissed. I remember waiting 28 days. I'm up to 315 today.

Same here. Seems like at least a few more weeks, but then not much longer and the floodgates will open, people who filed in August of last year will probably only have a few more weeks after the last of the pre-41F forms.

mine are the exact opposite. Form 4s filed the same day as Form 1s--i have the the cans and am still pending on the F1s
