That happened to me with my 7/4. I emailed "Ask the Experts" and it was fixed in two business days.

seems to me a lot of them come back with the draft mark lately.......but good thing its an easy fix

Is there a particular verbiage to use when emailing "ask the experts", or a particular person to address, in order to get the draft mark removed?

No. Just go ahead and send them the message with your control number and let them know you have a draft mark on it and they should fix it in a few days, if not you can also give them a call.

I just received 3 paper form ones for some silencers. I did them as an individulal and mailed them the last day to have them post marked before all the changes, I think it was 7/13/16, not sure. They were in the mail today 5/1/17. I'm still missing one from that batch, hopefully it shows up tomorrow.

I'm a late bloomer when it comes to NFA toys so I didn't submit mine until late Feb--went processing March 6th.

However, there is a user on Reddit who claims they mailed their F1 post 41F (on 7/14) to bypass the CLEO signature and they have received their paperwork back (posted a picture of their new SBR too). They claim check cashed 7/26 and stamp received 4/25--they also said it was a 10.5" and the picture is clearly shorter so they may just be trolling.

I sent in paper F1s on 7/12, they were received 7/14, CC payment posted 7/19, and my control numbers are in the 201774700 range.
