No. You need to email them with your control number to get the draft watermark off. they fix it pretty quick. Go in" ask the experts " and there will be a way to contact them.

Looks like the nice folks at ATF are slowing down on approvals. Calculated throughput for March is about 680 approvals per day. That's down from ~850/day in January.
Grab a current approval control number from someone's post and subtract that from your control number. Take that result and divide it by 680 and that's roughly how many days until yours will get worked. |

Also, I've notice on several of these kind of posts, numbers aren't really kept up in sequence. Guys showing their numbers and others saying they are before the approved one with still no approval. I do agree with this being totally ridicules in regards to time, but I think we have to blame 41F. Should be 41FU.
Keep up the good fight brothers. ???? |

Hey, if you've go a better way of predicting this, I'm all ears. Post up, because I'm interested in how you might come up with a prediction and what methodology you use to arrive at a result. Make sure you use some actual reported numbers if possible. That helps! |

Yup, just few. I've been tracking the control numbers assigned to submissions since last November and they're pretty consistent between the numerical progression and date sequence. I've also sampled throughput by ATF based on reported approvals by control number and date approved over 15 through 30 day periods, which yield the results reported - including the slowdown of production in the last month. This. When I put for my stamp my wife was almost 3 months pregnant. Since then we've had the kid and he's almost 3 months old now. A life was formed and brought into this world before the ATF could do my paperwork. View Quote Congradulations on the baby. You can check em out of High School when the stamps approved and go shooting. |

My wife was two months pregnant when I filed and my son will be 3 months old next week.... Is there a way to sue for impeding our right to bear arms by lack of speedy processing. I'm sure a lawyer could make it sound better. |
