I picked up a trust a while back through one of the deals on this site. I haven't had the chance to get it all filled out and notarized yet, and I'm looking to get a Form 1 submitted soon. But the problem is I put my home address on the trust, and I'm currently out of state for college. Could I get my trust signed by a notary out of the state its intended to be used in? Or is this something I should just wait to do until I am back in my hometown?
