Yeah, I'm still waiting on a form 1 that was submitted on the 19th of December.
Was looking at NFA tracker and it seems like it should have been approved by now |

I am in the same boat as you guys, I filed 12/19 and still have not been approved. I am getting agitated and worried a glitch in their system is screwing us.

I assume you have logged into the sight and aren't just waiting for the email. I've had a form approved without getting the email, but it showed up online.

I have logged onto the eform site and it still shows Submitted/In process and no finalized date. This is not my first form 1 through efile, the last one from last march went through no problem and was approved timely.

Sounds like it's time to email Mr. Clutter. He normally fixes problems pretty quick.

They aren't done FIFO in the way you imagine as far as I know with the new system. Last I knew an examiner would get a block of applications to work on so if you got put at the end of a block versus the beginning yours could take longer.
It's only been 40 calender days so I would chill out. My last e-Form Form 1 took 5 months. |

I e-filed on 12/23 and was "initially" approved 1/27. The reason I say initially is my form 1 had the "Draft" watermark on it. I emailed Ted and the general ATF email address about this later in the day on 1/27 as people have said this gets corrected in a few hours. Late on 1/27, my form went from "Approved" back to "Submitted/In Process" and still shows that way. What happened to my approval and am I approved or not???

Submitted a Form 1 on 12/26/14, got an early morning email today saying approved. 01/29/15, checked online and downloaded the approved form to my iBooks app.

My last one was submitted 12/23 and approved 1/23. The 2 before that went 32 and 33 days before approval. I will add, 2 of the 3 I received no email, I just started checking the site every day and there they were. Good luck.

I let him know there was more than a few of us in the email I sent him so hopefully if there was some sort of error they can look back on the submissions for the 19th to see if any were missed.

I sent him an email on a Thursday a few weeks back... he didn't get back to me until that Sunday.
I am sure he is getting slammed with emails, fixing DRAFT approvals, etc., etc. |

Don't forget people take extra time off for the holidays. If yours is sitting in the files of someone who flew home for the week to see the folks, it's gonna slow things down.

Its been a week now and I still haven't gotten my approved Form 1 with the "DRAFT" watermark fixed. Hell its gone back to a status of "Submitted/In-Process" since last Tuesday. I emailed Ted twice and he can't seem to get it corrected either. Said it will require some additional work.

The one that came with the email had a huge draft watermark diagonal across the middle. It's been signed and checked approved. I logged into efile and its the same story.
