IM sent. It allowed me to input my zip but the city state fields wouldn't let me do anything

I got one city in the dropdown. It matches the city I'm seeing online for that ZIP.

IM sent with other details.

Question, dont know if this is sticky'd somewhere, but when I register for eforms, do I register as an individual or with my trust name?

You register as yourself. In the Title field, you can put Trustee/Grantor/etc and when you electronically sign the document it will put your name as you registered and then ", Title". It's not required, but it will look more like your paper forms if you have any. I originally just registered as shortened first name (Greg instead of Gregory) and last name and no title. That's how my Submitted forms looked. However, I changed to full first name, added middle initial and title, and when they hit the button to approve the form my full name and title populated.

You'll put the trust name as the Licensee/Permitee.

There is a guide on how to fill out the form that is a sticky (found here). I address the name & title topic, but I'll go add a quick note to clarify you register as an individual and not as the entity.

Thanks, but I guess it doesnt matter, it tells me my login doesnt work even though I took a secreenshot of the registration page, and it just sends error messages when I try and retrieve my login.

Worked really well… I submitted four form 1's tonight.  All went through w/o issue.

The first submission had a few hiccups on the payment popup, but that went away.

Well got my DENIAL email today

I am a tard and in my excitement using the eforms, I failed to remember that I changed the name of my trust to shorten the engraving.

Denied because my Trust name didnt match what I had on the form.

So I refiled again today with the correct Trust name.

Not bad timing 7/1 to 8/7.

How long before I get my $200 credit?

About two weeks or so.  You can try "Ask the Experts" explaining the situation, and you may get approved in a short time frame...
